The Liberation of Forgiveness
Sunday, 13 September 2026 at 11:00am
Join us Sunday at 11 AM to ask what may be the hardest question: How do we truly forgive? Forgiveness isn't pretending nothing happened, excusing abuse, or ignoring injustice. It’s turning our deepest wounds toward God and letting God's Spirit transform them. Drawing from Matthew 18, Richard Rohr, and Brian McLaren, we'll explore Jesus's radical challenge to forgive seventy-seven times—because liberation emerges when we refuse to let our pain have the final word. Come as you are – you are welcome here!
What We Believe
We are Progressive Christians. That means:
-
We follow Jesus' teachings as a path to the Sacred—while remaining open to wisdom from other faith traditions.
-
We practice radical inclusion, welcoming all genders, orientations, abilities, and backgrounds.
-
We believe how we treat one another is our truest theology.
-
We embrace questions over answers as we search for understanding.
-
We work for peace, justice, and healing with compassion and love.
-
We protect and restore the integrity of our Earth as an act of faith.
-
We commit to lifelong learning, compassion, and selfless love.
This is our spiritual practice and our daily work.
